Our Process

1. Research

Whether it’s over the phone, at your office or within our creative studio, all of our print or design projects begin with a chat about your business, your objectives and what you’re hoping to achieve. Following this meeting, we will carry out research on your industry so we can quote you on the most cost-effective print, design and distribution solutions to help you reach your business goals.

2. Concept

Once you have accepted your bespoke quote, you’ll be invited back to our creative studio (or we can come to you) to finalise all the details and discuss our initial creative ideas. This will be with your dedicated Account Manager who will be on hand throughout the project to ensure everything runs smoothly.

3. Design

It’s time to make your promotional materials look amazing before they’re even printed. Leave it to our team of highly skilled and experienced Graphic Designers to turn your vision into print.

Already got your artwork? Just send it over print-ready and we’ll get it booked in with production.

4. Print Production

Once your artwork is all approved, it’s time for our production team to work their magic. Before any jobs go to print, you’ll receive an electronic proof so you can give us the green light. The artwork will then work its way through one of our printers (this is our favourite part!) before it’s then trimmed, creased, folded, bound and finally packed for delivery.

5. Distribution

Whether it’s coming straight to you or being mailed out as part of a large-scale direct mail campaign, you can be assured by our 99.7% delivery success rate. Thanks to technological advances in data selection, mail sort and delivery, we can provide you with the most cost-effective mailing solutions, whatever the size, so you can reach your audience effectively.
