In conjunction with Visit Lincoln, we’re delighted to be part of Lincoln Sausage Festival this year as it goes online.

From Wednesday 28th October until Saturday, 31st October 2020, we are celebrating all things sausage, including the famous Lincolnshire sausage, with:

• Cooking demonstrations and competitions.
• Friday evening’s entertainment with the Lincoln Ukulele Band.
• Learn to make your own sausage rolls with our little chef Daisy, from Cross Keys Stow.
• Top tips from award-winning local Lincolnshire chef Darren Rogan on how to cook the perfect Lincolnshire sausage.
• Sausage recipes in partnership with Lives for their Sausage Supper campaign.
• A sizzling Sausage Competition to win your very own signed copy of a Rachel Green recipe book.

As the event sponsor this year for Lincoln Sausage Festival Online, we’re asking the children of Lincolnshire to take part in the ‘My Favourite Place in Lincoln’ competition for a chance to WIN some exciting prizes. (We’ve also included a ‘spot the difference’ activity sheet just for fun!).

Judging will take place on Monday 16th November, with the winners announced on Visit Lincoln’s Facebook Page on Thursday 19th November at 6pm.
