The IRMS (Information and Records Management Society) is the foremost association for information professionals and students. They support and bring together all those working in information governance, records management, data protection, information security and more, across all industry sectors, in the UK and beyond.
In May 2018, we were awarded the contract to design, print and distribute the IRMS Bulletin, which is sent out to over 600 members every 2 months.
The IRMS Bulletin is a 64-page glossy magazine that contains thought-provoking articles, commentary, industry news and analysis, case studies and research from the UK and international records management scene.
Working closely with the IRMS editorial team who put together all the fantastic content each issue, our role is to ensure that creativity is instilled throughout the publication with the help of our in-house Graphic Designers and that important print deadlines are met so over 3000 magazines reach their members each year.
Due to the nature of the publication, we also have strict deadlines for the completion of the print and distribution of the magazine, and the publication must be delivered to IRMS members on time and in good condition. As their data processor, we also ensure we have the right processes in place to guarantee their data (and those of their members) are stored securely and processed accurately.
By using our comprehensive print and design services, we have been able to help the IRMS save £16,000 per year whilst continuing to deliver a high-quality publication.
