STERIS Instrument Management Services began as Synergy Health over 20 years ago delivering high-quality surgical instrument sterilisation and decontamination services. They rapidly became one of the leading industry experts in infection prevention, working in partnership with the NHS and other healthcare partners. In November 2015, Synergy Health combined with STERIS, a leading provider of infection prevention and other procedural products and services.

When STERIS Instrument Management Services were looking for a new print partner, they approached various suppliers to quote on a print job but out of all the companies STERIS spoke to, Visual Print and Design offered the best value for money whilst maintaining a high standard of work. The excellent customer service provided by Graham and the team was an added bonus!

When the relationship between Visual Print and Design and STERIS began, STERIS IMS was in the process of a rebrand from Synergy Health and required new printed materials to promote the new business name, values and vision. Using their expertise and skills, Visual Print and Design were able to provide STERIS with assets that solidified the brand that they were trying to create and maintain. It was important that STERIS was able to stand out from the other providers in the market and build a brand that was recognised and consistent, and Visual Print and Design was paramount in ensuring standard and brand consistency were maintained.

This high level of service was also required from Visual Print and Design when they were commissioned to print STERIS’ 500-page instrument sales catalogue. Throughout the project, the Visual Print and Design team were on hand to ensure that every aspect of this job was completed perfectly, keeping STERIS updated at every stage of the process and providing them with guidance and suggestions for materials and finish.
